I checked out their booth at Macworld Expo, and Disclabel looks really great. The application creates nice looking CD labels on the fly in an enviroment similiar to iTunes. The application allows you, among other things, to import song names from iTunes, import photos from iPhoto, and download templates over the internet.

Clutter
Clutter automatically searches for album covers on Amazon.com for any song currently playing in iTunes. The application then allows you to copy the covers directly to iTunes. In addition it lets you drag and drop covers of songs onto the desktop which can be double clicked in order to open the corresponding album in iTunes.
