  • PHR-100AF 3.5" Firewire Enclosure
Firewire drives are very nice in that the Firewire interface is fast, hot pluggable, and very easy to use. The entire process of installing a hard drive into the enclosure took me approximately ten minutes. It involves removing a few screws, putting some shock absorbent screws into the drive itself, and connecting the drive to the controller board (via supplied cables).
    PowerMac G5 2GHz
Apple's PowerMac G5 computer is the first 64 bit consumer desktop. It has two super fast processors and super fast subsystems to keep those processors busy. If you want speed, you've got it. Before even turning on the machine, you will notice how great it looks. The aluminum alloy case is not only good looking, but practical in the fact that it is perforated to let air flow through the computer. Opening opening the G5, you will notice that the insides look just as good as the outside.
